Orchard Park May 21, 2016 The Orchard Park Rotary Club is proud to announce the recipients of two $5000.00 scholarships. Michael Gossel an Orchard Park High School senior was awarded the James Saville Scholarship in recognition of his outstanding academic performance. Marissa Todaro, also a senior, was awarded the vocational education scholarship in recognition of her impressive scholastic achievement.
They both embody Rotary’s motto of “Service above Self”.
One hundred community members, Orchard Park Rotarians, and the winners’ families were present to congratulate and celebrate the recipients’ achievements. The recipients were honored at a festive dinner/raffle that supports the Orchard Park Rotary’s mission of serving the community and empowering youth to achieve their maximum potential.
